BCCI Construction of San Francisco requested Nichols to estimate then perform the supporting, saw cutting and demolition of the existing 2nd and 3rd floor concrete slab and beams to create new stairs and elevators openings. Nichols scaffold below each opening to catch and prevent falling debris, saw cut, then break out the concrete slab in sections, requiring us to remove the debris off the scaffolding as we went thus limit weight on the shoring and removed the concrete down the new openings and removed all the debris from site.
