Our customer, TWY Construction of San Mateo, requested Nichols to estimate and perform the saw cutting and safe remove of 2nd floor concrete wall to create new window openings. Nichols was required to work off hours, saw cut and core drill the openings from the inside 2nd floor level. The wood floor on the inside required strict water control, we securely strapped the cut free openings in place, and safely removed each 4,800 lbs. sections of wall panel down using a Gradeall type forklift for clean and dust free removal.
